Keep your card and PIN safe. Safeguard your card as if it were cash.
NEVER keep your PIN with your card.
NEVER give your card or PIN to anyone.
Report lost or stolen cards immediately to 205-326-3852 and to 1-800-264-5578.
If after hours, please notify Fraud Watch Lost Card at 1-800-264-5578.
If using your card online, you may be required to sign up for Verified by Visa, a free security feature.
If you travel, please contact us at 205-326-3852 so we can notify Fraud Watch Plus.
Certain merchants, such as gas stations, hotels, car rentals can place larger holds on your account than the actual purchase. Example: Gas stations are now placing a $75 to $100 hold on your acct. Take this into consideration when making these types of purchases with your debit card as this can cause NSF fees.
Funds are withheld from your account as soon as you use your card, be aware to available balances.
Lost Card fee is $15. Replacement Card fee is $15.
